The evening was bitterly cold for the time of year. The air was clothed in a freezing fog and an icy cold wind.Alberto was a middle aged man
of unknown orig-en,he was tall .his complexion was very pale. His eyes
were deep set quite close together. He had jet black hair.
He lived near a large woods in Norway.Set back about fifty yard from his house was an old farmhouse where no-one had been near for years. The quickest way to his home was a cut through path next to the farm house.
One evening on his was home he noticed a dim light flickering from the farm house. As far as he was aware there had been no signs of anyone interested in the farmhouse, and he thought to him self that the house needed lots of work to make it livable.
He became curious so he decided to investigate. His heart was pounding faster as he approached the house door. His body began to tremble. As his hand turned the door handle, the door screeched with an eerie creaking sound.
He entered the house and closed the door trying to be very quiet,
as he did not know what he had walked into,As he entered the hall which was very long,he walked in further.
Then he came across a large sinister looking library. So he walked through the library door.He came across a large round table in the corner was an old lit oil lamp.Lying open on the table was a ancient book.He know that it was very old because the cover was disintegrating with age.Suddenly the book moved across the table.
at first he thought this was in his imagination,Then the book flow in the air and shoot across the room.
So with that he ran from the house as fast as he could,he was so frightened that day.It was the fastest day that he ran his four minute mile home.

Very nice poem. The other guy who commented was very rude :/ Yes, you do have some grammar problems and spelling problems, but who cares? At least you take the time to take us on a journey with a poem. And it was very nice. I liked it. All I have to say is, maybe learn a bit more english. It doesn't matter to me
But, just for the others who are on this site, like the gentleman who was so rude enough to just comment on your english.
