Validity of truth
Both liberating and destructive
For harsh reality
Is but a stone
One which we know and see
Concrete and real
With nothing to doubt
But affirmation of the surreal
Is a quest that all men
That all religions
And all philosophies
Have sought to answer
For how does one explain
Ideals incomprehensible
And make real
The omnipotent power
So vast beyond our understanding
None shall know this day
And so we live one
Plagued by questions unanswered
Stewing in faith
In the hopes
Our future must hold
An affirmation above
