Lights fail me as the words come thick and fast through distance and time and brushed skin in the confines of prejudice and denial



And I breathe through you.



And thoughts exhale through open pores in the sweltering heat of the moment

As now and never collide in the nostalgic remnants of old forgotten chords, in swelling musical highs my heart dies against your lips
