Cruising

Missing image
Cruising thru life
gaping at the sights,
collecting characters
from the spotlights;

assorted unique personalities,
no two alike, divergently different,
all caught in the rushing wake
of one's own personal current.

Cruising thru AP's corridors,
just as in real life adventures,
one encounters the most remarkable
exceptional, lovable, talented treasures;

assorted unique personalities,
coming alive from words on the page,
disinct and real, inspirational to hilarious,
in command performance on one's own personal stage.

Timothy, your big heart reveals itself
in your poetry and in every
      comment you make.

      Glad I stayed here, too.

Right, loper, it is an adventure!
I remember the day I looked at the page
that records all the visits to my site
that day and saw your name filling the page,
as you read one piece after another.
"Hmmmmm, I asked myself--who is this
discerning person taking time to read
so many pieces?" Reading your work
      susrpassed "interesting" and revealed
the view of the world as seen by your
      perceptive eyes.

Hey, Keystone! But they lagged behind,
as others were restored, this nod
      to the light-hearted. So, impatient
as I am I posted it again!

You're right. Perceptions are one thing, and categorization another - but none will be able to give an opposite summary as to what you have written! Frans

      Thank you. Frans.

Yes to the treasures we encounter. (Safer here on the AP than on the real stage, the real currents, the real Keystone Cops, I think.) I enjoy these treasures.

Hi, PJ. I'm glad that you, also,
      have found treasures to enjoy.

Very true we do meet lots of interesting critters. Some are kind, some intelligent, some funny...and some you are glad you just met online and not in real life, lol. They are all here, and though I haven't really made the close bonds here that others seem to have done, it is still rewarding getting to watch everyone interact. Sometimes I feel like a Behavioral Scientist (not that I really know what one does, lol) and like studying people.

You may put me in the "Nuts but Harmless" category.

The Keystone Cops photo will be a perfect photo for this.

Hopefully, later today the account situation will
recognize the right numbers and my photos will magically
reappear---Keystone Cops back at the top of the page
      where I placed them.

I believe we all have a bit of Behavioral Scientist
in us as writers, commenters, observers, "seeing" persons
      just from their words!!!

It looks as if almost all of the pix came back.
But not this one, so I re-posted it!
