    Lovely! I can see how being on bed rest relates to being a poor bird stuck on her back without the strength or energy to turn herself over. An excellent Haiku, thank you!

    Although it can be read in abstracto, this poem is actually about me having bed-rest after a short illness. LOL gecko ... I am not easily digested!
