A purple dragon
and a reces's piece,
broken table and
an air filled kiss,
A roaming tweezer
plus bubbles galore,
while punkin guts
slip up the floor
A living room fort
with hidden rule
in a damp apartment
keeps clothes cool
make this tiny list
of things we share,
but the love you show me
feels most rare

I remember my mom building me forts with the sofa cushions and tents with blankets we might not had everything easy in my younger days but my mom always gave me love!

this is sad...the imagery describes broken items and vomit on the ground...I would think the love shown would be most rare...excellent poem, but sad in contest. blessings always~ Trisha

I like your take on the poem. Very different from what I was getting at tho. This is a list of all the things my bf and I share, The table was a glass coffee table i stepped through while playing a videogame (haha, lets not go there), The punkin guts were from our Jack-o-lanterns that managed to deflate the day after we carved them. The list is made of memories of good times I have shared with my boyfriend. But im glad you found something different in the poem! thank you for reading it!
