Aliens live among us,
they have for many years,
hiding deep inside us,
until we shed some tears.
Opportunity to drop
for a little ride,
escaping the boredom
from living deep inside.
Seeping into earth,
reaching roots of trees,
then quickly shooting up
through branches and leaves.
Peacefully they spend the night
in quiet tree top nest.
Dewdrops by morning,
they continue their quest.
Sucked up in the atmosphere
as sun comes peaking out
raindrops by afternoon.
Home; as tongue sticks out.
they have for many years,
hiding deep inside us,
until we shed some tears.
Opportunity to drop
for a little ride,
escaping the boredom
from living deep inside.
Seeping into earth,
reaching roots of trees,
then quickly shooting up
through branches and leaves.
Peacefully they spend the night
in quiet tree top nest.
Dewdrops by morning,
they continue their quest.
Sucked up in the atmosphere
as sun comes peaking out
raindrops by afternoon.
Home; as tongue sticks out.
Author notes
Aliens do live among us...actually most of the time IN us...But they do like to go for a ride and experience life...therefore they ride your tears out, every now and then and become as water...taking a ride until,
you finally catch them again, when you catch raindrops on your tongue.

cool, so you believe that there are lifeforms that can become water at a whim, or they are water.
