My alien has the head of a dog
The nose of my alien is like a dinosaur’s
His ear looks like an eye
He has octopus legs
Arms like a human with 3 fingers on each hand
His mouth is like a black hole
His neck is one inch and a quarter
With a black line down each side
His body is a gold rectangle
His other body is a silver triangle,
His mouth always looks mad
His tentacles are purple
His head is light green
His hands are the color of us
His eyes are like black tires

My little girl is almost 7 too. Her birthday is next Friday! I let her read your poem and here's what she says:
"It's really great! Your alien is awful scary! Maybe you should offer him some cookies, or a juice box, or some raisins. Or maybe he needs a nap!"
And I say:
I love it! I think your alien is weird and scary and funny too! You have some real talent, and you should keep writing, as often as you can. I wish you all the best in your contest,
