I wish I may
I wish I might
Find the power
To breath tonight

I will try my best
Through thick and thin
To find the strength
I need to live

I’ll walk through mountains
Fly through rain
Search through oceans
Without vain

I will continue
My lasting travels
Forever I will
Try to find thine heavens

I will overcome
The villainies
The horrors so
All world’s cruelties

So help me lord
Upon thy quest
Hear my words
Of lasting prayer

    This... its such an honest and soulful prayer.. I think asking for strength and the will to move on ..to live on and breathe is something many of us can relate to.. as in we too have asked God for similar things in our lives. You did absolutely wonderful with this, and I thank you for sharing it with me for this contest.
