The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round,
but as I board, the heads go up and down, up and down, up and down.
"Inside the box," holds too much confines.
Why can't I be, "Between the lines?"
Because of common looks of comparison from them,
hate, wrong-doing, and judging stem.
Did I offend you? I dont think... How? And when?
I've never even seen you before, likely never again.
For the, "Punk," you see. (Tattoes, mohawk, piercing of the lip?)
When he walks into your office, why is it that you flip?
For the "Nerd," you see. (With acne and glasses?)
Of course, assume he's at the top his classes?
We're not the same, not all made of a, "Mold."
No matter what we: do, think, or say, all your thoughts withhold.
We're all different people. We shouldn't share a NAME.
All our thoughts and feelings vary, so don't insist that we're the same.
Even still, we can't change you, can't make you train your eyes,
But all these dumb and hateful lies...
Why must you categorize?
Author notes
Uhm, wrote it about stereotyping.

Good rhythm/message
There's an important message in this poem. Hitler said that categories were the greatest tool a leader can use to control people and set them against each other. So I would agree we should stop categorizing each other from all of the misconceptions that it causes. Thanks for entering. -
This is a very good poem! This is what I am looking for, best part was: We're all different people. We shouldn't share a NAME.
