reminders of how you betrayed

At first you treated me so fine
red roses and the sweetest wine,
soon shivers ran right down my spine
you were a swine, you were a swine.
From gentle touch to savage knocks
I then became your hitting block
with every word you'd truly mock
I was in shock, I was in shock.
For you had found another toy
your actions set out to destroy
I merely was your whipping boy
almost destroyed, almost destroyed.
I have to burn your picture now
to hurt me I will not allow
I'll live again, I don't know how
