The Park

I’m going to the park today
I’m undecided of what I’m going to do
Should swing or take the slide?
Across the green grass I will run
Past a row of palms
I stop to see what is falling down on me,
Is it rain from the cloudless sky
Then I make it to the swings
I start to go up past the bar
Then I jump so far across the ground
Then I hit my face hard upon the earth
Now I am really wet
I look up to see what I can find
A dandelion and a bee right by my nose
Its finally time to leave the park
On my way home I stop at the red and yellow arch
McDonalds is a great treat
After a rough day at the park
