Last Night I Swallowed a Nebula

Last night I swallowed a nebula.
A hard lozenge of unspent lighting.

Two constellations
wrought with singular
algorithms of personal
trajectories, collisions,
and survivals….
Beings accelerated through
timescales of planetary formation
compressed into a single little life…
or more ….
Sought through their
incontrovertible
gravitational attraction …
to join.
Great sky beings
rendering millenniums into hours.

Bump.

Gravity unleashed is
Momentum unbound.

Jagged rocks in the stream
are not shattered into wholeness,
Rather they are coaxed
by a billion molecules,
And tiny collisions
Into spheres
of smoothness.

Last night I swallowed a nebula,
A little hiccup of being
Along the stream
Moving to completeness.

Tiny grains of sand being melted into hot liquid glass. I completely loved this read. Black holes and Revelations sort of subject matter. Very smart. Loved the algorithms line too. Blue was right,

This one is only months old, but it feels like a lifetime. I sometimes drift to science. Seems to annoy the poetics though.

Thank you for reading. You went pretty far back. Let me know your preferences and I can help weed some out.

This is a very deep and very entertaining write runewalker. I really like the idea of 'swallowing a nebula'. very original and fun idea to think about. but of course that's not what it's about. The second and last stanzas were key, loved them!

thanks for reading. swallowing a nebula is what it felt like.

haha I just realized I said word for word what bella-babie said

"I really like the idea of 'swallowing a nebula'."

haha neat, I swear I didn't do that on purpose
