and no longer usable
we fight wars over tobacco
proxy wars with jesus
[on their side]
while the world grows colder
and stalin gives the finger
to us [the U.S. of course]
[damn, egocentric eh]
migs fight caterpillars in craters
while bombs continue falling
into oceans of tar
pressing red buttons like children
to ignite the world
tension builds like
snapping rubber bands
and slaughter-house five
becomes an epic for describing
two children playing tug of war
hopefully no one will lose
