With warmth of hand and loving heart
this babe is safe and sound,
as a mothers cloak of devotion
always will her child surround.
The look of love within her eyes
is like no other you'll ever see,
an angel who watches over her child
throughout calm and stormy seas.
A dove of peace she'll always be
where there's shelter from life's trials,
she'll be the one who's always there
with hugs and many smiles.
Such pride she shows in every step
her children make as they keep growing,
as fiercely throughout their lives
her love's forever glowing.
