The Door

When I see you, I feel lonely no more.
When I am near you, hidden emotions roar.

The way we met, I do think it's meant to be.
The way we live, should be shared in harmony.

When my day begins, I think of you.
When the night comes, I dream of you.

I love to sleep, because you I will see.
I love it even more, because you are with me.

Dreams are the blueprint to the way I feel.
Dreams are wild wishes, that I wish to be real.

But you know nothing of these pure emotions inside.
For if I were to speak of, you're sure to run and hide.

I know you won't accept me for what I am.
If the truth was known, I know Ill be damned

This heart in search for love, will end up broken as before
This heart will fall, through love and through the floor.

And when the semester is over, that will be the end.
The end of a shot at love with you, to be more than a friend.

So for now, there's nothing I can do but live.
Live with love for you, that Im not allowed to give.
