Lonely

Sitting here all alone
It's you i've come to miss
From your very soft complexion
To the tenderness of your kiss

The sweetness of your smile
And the way your eyes gleam
Are now just memories that I have
In a much sought after dream

I want to be together there
Standing with you by your side
Not missing you one bit more
Not living our lives divide

There is but one little thing
That I must ask of you
And I need you to think it over
Before this poem is through

I need you to show me
That i'm your one and only
And that during this time apart
I'm not the only one who's lonely
