My hair flies everywhere as I race to safety.
The angry clouds and harsh wind yell at me to get out of the way.
They have a grudge to fill, and until they do they'll stay.
The trees bend as the grudging duo pick up speed.
They will not tell who makes them destructively keen,
Only that it is someone they used to love.
Long I pondered who it could be.
Yet i still have not discovered the answer to this great mystery.

I thoroughly enjoyed your vision of inclement weather. The elements in love, hmm... Wonderful poem, kind poet. I love your second line. Keep your pen to the page and thanks for entering!

There is a missing capitalisation of 'i' in the last line... but apart from that this was a wonderful poem... I like the element of mystery you have added to the prompt - thank you for your entry

Keep writing
