The Whisperer

I am the whisperer
the keeper of secrets
those silenced,

rejected
and those long forgotten...
secrets faded and old,
destroyed and detoured

I am the whisperer
of memories mourned
those clouded,

maliciously tossed,
those long forgotten and
shattered...
cast out and kept in

I am your conscience
the mouth of your mind
where dreams crumble,

misplaced and replaced

soon to be shattered

are forgotten

       or

buried in time

as whispers of me...

      slowly die

i took this as literally being about how one's conscience speaks or rather 'whispers'
i think it's beautiful. one of the best poems i've read on this site in quite a while

    This interests me.

This interests me because I had a book into the works entitled Whispers. It was basically an autobiography of my life from childhood and through cancer. So I clicked on this to find a really good piece of work to read.

I loved this poem. Want to know why because at the first and last stanzas it accualy ment something to
me. Well at least this is my opinion. I can feel it that you are talking about trees. Trees whisper. It is just that you cannot really here what they are saying.
And it's mad silent once you get to a piot where the wind stop blowing. I absolutley love this poem. Keep on writing BRAVO JOB. i LOVED IT. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB
