Dawn gently shows its golden face
upon this wintry, sleeping place,
stretching warmth and love around
and earth begins to murmur sounds.
The leafless tree awaits the spring
with precious rays new hope does bring,
soon life will sprout in rainbow hues
and with that will go winter's blues.
As clouds reflect the strength and might
of Spring's tender and loving light,
break of day foretells new vigour
as earth responds and will deliver.
Tree of knowledge wise and true
awaits the cycle to renew,
upon the planet nature beats
and gracefully all Springtime greets.
