A Garden's Endurance

Tip toe through garden
sweet scent overwhelms posture
allergies blooming

Sneeze attack springs forth
tissues in hand standing by
fancy footwork starts

Beautiful ballet
crushing all blossoms planted
I weep, for winter

we soon forget times of sneeze attack, then on arrival, we wish for another season. it bothers me as well, though I find spring to be the growth of love, plesant, joyful time.

Oh my, a humorous poem that is deftly written! That is the rarest of art here on AP and immediately makes me a fan!

Just a delight to read this poem which shows such skill.

I hope the judge sees the skill in these lines, I know some devalue humor for some odd reason. And of course to do it through haiku, and chained at that---I bow in deep reverence.

Allergies... yuk They can sure wreck havoc on our otherwise dignified stance. You expressed it all in this piece

    Good luck in the contest
