The sheen of melted chocolate
Enticing to the tongue
When seen against the soft whipped cream
Means sexy songs get sung
A rich dark flow of chocolate
An icecream underneath
Soft and tasty, for the lips
And nibbles for the teeth
We cannot know what is inside
But contrast tempts us in
With light on dark or dark on light
Each taste will be a win
If you've a taste for all that's new
And never tried the game
This verse will tell you what to do
But you may be too tame
Get off your butt and take a chance
You won't know 'til you've tried
You may be lead a merry dance
But blimey what a ride!!!!

Beautifull penned metaphoric rhyming piece of art. You made me smile and and at the same time hungry for some ice cream.....excellent poem..

I looked over this contest and
couldn't think of anything to write,
but you certainly took the prompt
by the reigns and away you went!
This tickles the taste buds for sure!
