At the encounter of peace (a work in progress)

1 So long has the searching been

2 in my quest I've got lost;

3 there doesn't seem to be a way out

4 from this labyrinth deep in ground

5 yet I've not given up, not surrendered

6  the hope the truth be found.

7  No, I've not given up the looking

8  for I do want to be found.

Author notes

So, picture this: I have just a short time to live, and I hear of a nice place to grace that heavenly path. There must be a place somewhere on this earth that resembles paradise. I want to go too, so let us help each other.

1.) I attempt to put that place name in a metaphor title, (like below.)
2.) Poem should be between 24-30 lines
3.) Please give it a romantic feel
4.) It should have a spiritual thought.
5.) I have to be alone there.
6.) I do think that death can feel like a wonderful moment.
7.) I understand that the judge shall shall erase poetry that is lacking in standard.
8.) I mustn't die in someone's arms.I do realise that this will be my intended destination, and you Titus have promised yourself you shall go.

Titus do I read you clearly? Over.

With no words to adds to the collective lines, there is amost obvious feel that a gentleman has written this, and who is wise also to think that the insight in this peace is relevent to the unknown, rather thatn the pity that is being absorbed my his mind. This peice shows me that there is much searching going on, than just places to die, more a hesitation that says, "he doesn't want to."

  • yet I've not given up, not surrendered

7 No, I've not given up the looking

These are some power-packed words, for sure
