I'm a little froggy sweet
Bouncing around - so light on my feet
So it's hard for me to know
Why these turtles are so slow!
Here I am, stuck behind
Some turtles in a massive line
They plod along up to the shore
For the rest of us - what a bore!
I'm only little - I can't jump
All the way up to the front
So here I am, stuck in this que
Not at all sure what to do
Finally the traffic's clear
But where do you think I should go from here?
I think I'll swim and have such fun
Now that all the waiting is done
So let this be a lesson to you all
NEVER let yourself fall
Behind a line of turtles!
Author notes
There's no frog in the picture, but I thought this would be good.

I thought your poem was very clever and cute. I like that you brought a frog into the story (poem).
I especially liked this:
So here I am, stuck in this que
Not at all sure what to do
Thanks for your entry in the contest.

True, but this poem was still inspired (prompted) by the picture...

hhmmmmm
This seems to be more about the frog and his frustrations than about the turtles, they only appear as an impedance to the poor little amphibian. Are you in the right contest? -
I like it. nice work indeed.
