I took bronze. congrats on the gold!
  • Well deserved gold here, if I could applaud again I would
  • This is very cool, I see a few things here that struck me immediately. Sacred geometry is something that came to mind, as I feel it contains the key to love's essence.
I also feel it could be about people that have lost hte ability to communicate, and looking for a way to unravel this web/blockage.

Excellent work though, lots of food for thought here.

Due to my mistake in setting up the contest, I have corrected the Frame types which would make yours a "B" style. Since it was my typo , I assumed the 'syllable' designating it as such. Not to worry.

Brilliantly detailed and a perfect example of the character of the duette form.

I have at least 2 interpretations:
~ I see that this could be the actual weave of the spider. It shares with the reader the inevitable strategy of its life and what its demise will be.

~ This could also be societal. The spider is also predator within authorities, positively or negatively referenced.

~ It can also mean the entrapment OR attachment of a love relationship, albeit, indeed, a 'mazement'.

    Terrific!

The question in the end still leaves the answer'open'. Very tight and smartly written.

    *Suggestions*
Due to the airy flow of this form, I think
it would go better without too much punctuation and any capital letters at the beginning of a line 5.
The first line needs just ONE MORE syllable to meet the required 9. I'm sure you can figure one in.

Thank you so much for entering and I sure wish you the best. You're a good writer.:
  • i do not think i have come across this form before ah webbed words, love is like a fly, stuck to language, a good poem
