charcoal clouds of cumulus
in mystifying skies of indigo,
like life of an outcast sequestered;
shining gleams of remote light
sporadically in illumination;
handfuls of flora for the picking,
gently kissed messages of innocence
when shall love be found?
emerald fields of golden-eyed dreams
waving wistfully in the winds
shadowed in obscured darkness;
discerning the storms of thought
in idle restraint of whispered hope
ethereal aureate hued wishes winking
light in heavenly wondered promise
