Lift your head my Dear to see the light,
that shines above you so very bright.
Your son is still there with you,
though he's gone I know this to be true.
Each passing moment causes you much strife,
but you gotta know he's still in your life.
Look around Dear he's every where,
you can feel his presence if you shall so care.
Just take a moment and sit in silence,
clear your mind from it's raging violence.
He will come around that's for sure,
and this will be your cure.
My grandmother visits me this way,
each time she does it brings a smile to my face.
I look forward to these visits with her,
they are short and silent but my cure.
