Oblique

like ions
dense~
and formless
your light,
your inner beauty
dances through me

transparant, charming
you form yourself about me
  in warmth
envelope me even
like alpha waves, like gamma

I was nothing but darkness
before you shined on me
before you hugged me
in a tender glow

and you?
my light
you pulled me out of the darkness
shrouding my humble bones

I'm fascinated! From the minute I started reading this, I was pulled in. It just felt so fragile and so tender, it was almost too much. Just almost. You people are making this judging too hard!

Beautiful write. So many layers and so much meaning. It is one that requires repeated readings.

    Thanks.

a great poem about the restorative power of letting beauty into one's heart ... you show thru your wonderful imagery that in accepting that grace, one falls in love with, well everything.
the image is beautiful ... the two merged women look like a glowing star.
    thanks, as always.
