Regret filled me as the words came out
The look on your face said enough
I told you Id hold it back
But I let you down again.

Here it comes again
The silent torture of my mind
And it won't go away
Brought on by my self-induced misery.

I wish it would all go away
This pain, this torture
It's unbareable and I'm losing it
Beacsue I'm not that strong.
