    ahhh...you are like me...most of my poems are written in the morning...though they can come anytime...but this poem is chilling as much a work of art you have written...so wonderful to have you back too sweetie...

      It is good to be back, although my mind is doing better than my body....awk...old age has been putting the screws to me...I need spring and warm sunny weather. I have missed you.

      thank you, dear heart. We are to ahve a few days of balmy weather...how important it is to have one's body absolutely reflect the weather.... The power of now has me in its grips.
