sad: a state of mind? i mind.
the wind tossed my hair, turning soft strands into iron tipped whips
i screamed out as if you could hear me:
"if youre going to leave, please tell me!"
you tell me to give you your space-
the first night gone i left your tousled sheets exactly as is
you were right here beside me...
don't let this be the end.
i jump up and run to the window
i think it's you, it never is
i love the sound of breaking glass
never ever have i been so angry and alone.
it's a cool spring evening after a cloudy day
i'm searching for a reason not to die
i've been forever cursed;
there's only one state for me.

Imagine that you pieced this poem together!
It sounds brilliantly penned, which is what it truly is!

Gosh, as a reader I could feel the desperation and deep pain in this powerful, expressive write. Great words 'iron tipped whips' imagery of pain effectively and brilliantly used... I hope for 'Springs eternal' for you dear friend(Hope springs eternal) Hugs Lib x x
