This is the night my hero
Will be treated like a king
To the hair dressers, so I can look just so.
Off for a new outfit now and after hours.
Damn I had best hurry, and write and cross off as I go.
Now what is best for dinner.
Do I want to cook, let's see.

There is a friend i must day "Hi"
Damn some man bumped into me.

Well about dinner, let me see
Some nice flowers would be nice.
Damn there goes a runner, these stockings are shot.
Well I had best fix dinner.
It is almost four o'clock
Time is a flying.
My nails are a shining at last.
Damn I sure meant to get gas
Well I am home at last.
Let these fingers do some walking.
I'll have everything under control at last.
"Hon can you pick up dinner?"
