The first moment I knew

Missing image
The poem that follows is quite different from other poems posted and is why you have to read the Authors Notes first before reading. Once that has been done, then my poem will make more sense (even though it can almost seem like a standalone for the most part). Poem follows:

The first moment I knew;
Welcome to the Precious Rain Girls' ocean view.
The smell of Rain is in the air
with anticipation for my Precious Girl.
The days are counting down
when everyone will find out who she is.
The sky will rejoice with tears of joy.
She will be a fantasy to live in dreams
as I will see her in every sparkling drop that falls.
Let me introduce you to the PreciousRainGirl.
*Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness
has never danced in the rain*.
Let the drops fall where they may
and set the souls free to soar.
She has found her Ted E Bare
as I have found my Precious Rain Girl.

Author notes

This was done for the following contest:

http://allpoetry.com/contest/2398931

Where you have to steal lines from your own poems in a particular order. My most recent poem, "The First Drop of Rain," would start it off. Since it is in the Precious Rain Girl List, I went there to complete the assignment at hand. I have listed the poems in order as used. The first sentence was from the most recent and had to become the title (if I read the rules right). My second poem basically had only one elongated stanza, so I could only take the first line from "Precious Rain Girls Ocean View." Then "The Smell of Rain" provided the next four lines in the above poem. "The Charming PreciousRainGirl" was only able to provide one line since it was another poem with an elongated stanza. "Let It Pour" had three stanzas and was able to complete the poem with the last three lines. Now I have completed a new poem by using my own lines. Hope it has a decent flow to it. Don't be too mean since I had to follow the contest rules to make my own from my own.

See? It is so satisfying to plagiarize from one's self. You are brilliant, therefore what you steal and arrange in any order will be wonderful.
