Understandings (not a poem)

Guilt has more presence on earth than the loving light of source. Guilt is not consciousness. It is the absence of free expression. It's when one holds back their true response in favor of presenting a more "appropriate" or "loving" expression. We must come to understand that guilt is dead space that one carries until it can be removed to reveal what has been held underneath. It will be reflected in our outward reality until we face it in ourselves. This is why true expression, be it fear or rage or hatred etc, is always positive emotionally and productive. Its mere truth creates space rather than dead space that follows you where ever you go. It opens you up to possibility's and change rather than frozen pattern. Expressing and there for vibrating your truth creates space for your own essence while also reclaiming the space we have all given up to guilt or to suppression of some kind.  We will continue to meet outward reflections of what we hold until we have cleared it in ourselves and live in true self acceptance.

Because the emotional body, or what I call the will, has been blamed as being the source of what has been deemed negative expression, it has accumulated a lot of "negative" emotions around its very nature. The will is the reflector and has become the receptacle of denial essence and it's held space for this blame by denying it's true response. It has suffered the consequences and carries a self hatred  that is eminence and the fear at the core of the self hatred it even larger. The will cannot heal itself by "positive" thinking or imagery. The will heals by vibration alone. By making space for its true essence until it can get the understandings needed to naturally evolve out of its state and into loving acceptance. And I do not mean loving acceptance for the fear, for example, I mean the fear moving into a state of love.

There is a fear that by focusing on these "negative" emotions and giving them expression it will make things even worse and attract more to you. This misunderstanding is causal to a lot of the problems on earth. As history shows, these unmoved imbalances get reflected in our lives, held or not. The physics of creation is such that it attracts experiences to trigger the truth out of you. When you get your will moving and vibrating you will not be free from these experiences because they are part of the process of showing you what you hold. These grave realities that we live in on earth will change when we have successfully evolved our wills. You will be magnetized to experiences that match your vibration. Lack of acceptance attracts negative experiences because nonacceptance is a negative space, not the emotion one fails to accept. Judgments on what negativity is need to release and heal.
