Energies alive today!
All glows in golden light!
Pastels in soft new colors
Youth covers every sight!
Playful whims in everything,
And Earth is up once more.
Sunshine will roll upon the green
Sweet coves we will explore!
Atop the trees I see the line
That speaks of life at best!
It means the greens are lively
And sway in joyful zest!

I love the bouncy images this portrays of spring as I could picture rolling green hills filled with flowers skirting them. Along with birds and bees flying around. I'm glad it's finally here myself. Good luck in the contest.

I enjoyed the subtle rhyme of this , so subtle that at first I did not even notice it [and in my humble and unprofessionable opinion that is the utmost in rhyme and something I am lousy at].You also delivered a spring like tone [very upbeat] in the language. All in all very enjoyable to read on this dreary, rainy, un-springlike day
