I am auditioning because I want to expand myself to another way of writing. I am so used to just a few different styles. I have a serious case of writers block and I am hoping that this will help me get my muse back. I love to write, I love to show, and I love to make people feel. I want to experience a difference in my every day ordinary self.

There is a side to me
that no one will ever understand
I choose the darkness
and it's every demand
The thickness in light
overturns my life
And when times get rough
I turn to the knife
No one has to notice
or even really care
I know I'm not much
but it's only my despair

I work really hard
to fit in and belong
I get knocked down every time
but still I stand here strong
I am but a no body
and maybe that's my fault
But no matter the situation
I want to bring it to a halt
I am of a free spirit
trying to move ahead
I am bull-headed and stubborn
but still the tears I shed

Engraved Dignity

Ashamed of what she has become,
she has now engraved her title
to her loving spots of hell.

A lost and dangerous soul,
once a pretty little angel
searching for more.

She marks her promises with blood,
hoping to one day feel more
than just the pain.

Her body has been taken for granted,
a treasure chest now violated
leaving her motionless.

Again she marks her territory,
leaving a newer scar;
SLUT!
