All of a sudden your worth something
that knowledge you picked up
somewhere somehow.
Someone is willing to pay for.
'You’re a trades man'.
You could do it.
They don't know how.
The only thing they know.
They want it done fast.
They want it done right,
and for the cheapest price
possible.
Yeah Right!

Unfortunately there is no title such as this listed on the contest page so I cannot consider this piece for a trophy contender.
Best wishes to you in all of your endeavors and thank you for sharing. Keep that pen handy and ever ready for use dear poet.

I sure could use a handyman right now!
I have two leaky faucets and a window
that REFUSES to stay open.
I like this poem. Very much. Love, Lane
