How I love to wander in search of hoodoos.
Oh really? You say.
Oh yes, I say. (nodding my head)
Do you know what hoodoos are?
Oh well no, not really. You say. (shaking your head)
Oh wow, I say.
Let me tell you then
Of these natural wonders.
Vertical teetering sandstone pillars
Eroding slowly to eventually topple.
Rest assured I'll find 'em all before they do.

I like this, it took me to the hoodoos I know - though with a different name. I hope you've seen the Apostles, along the Victorian coast, In Australia? They're disappearing quite quickly, their work must be done...In NZ there's another group I love, a bit different - they're called the Pancake Rocks, at Punakaiki. I really enjoyed the pics on your page - your avatar must seem to fly, looking up at him with the clouds moving behind.

Oh yes, thanks for that link, I haven't made it there although I have seen photos. I've a friend in that area.
I will ask my niece about Pancake rocks, I am trapped in NM for the time being, thanks for your nice comment!

So cool! An acrostic with your pen name. Actually I didn't know what a "hoodoo" was either. I'll never forget now, thanks.
