Tread the same path
Unnoticed by any
Autobiographies recited
On kings
Claiming victories
Building forts and palaces
The artists behind them
Forgotten in euphoric achievement.
Unmeasured emotions alike
For celebrity and commoner
The sheen of moment
that wears off
with passing time
Rich emotions run
Plenty among simple
Monuments built
Long after rivers born
Named after great
Biographies for few
History replete
With overflowing instances
Of powerful seizing limelight
Leaving plain in lurch
Authors struggle to discern
Unseen behind success
Who burnt light
Without ashes
Flew like birds
Without leaving a trail

I like the message you had here. It's not quite what I meant by autobiography though. More of a piece pertaining to who you are as a person.
