I was once a good man who had a good living
Thanksgiving was fun as there was much giving
My refereeing was part of the game
If anyone knew it would be such a shame
It's hard to say what is my worst thought
Maybe it's that I'd someday get caught
I think I will keep on doing what I'm doing
Lying and cheating amidst all the booing
The devil and I made an agreement in hell
If I threw the games he would never tell
It's only that the man above
Knew that I needed a little love
He sent me a woman but I couldn't see
So the next time a man threw a knife at me
I no longer live on earth you see
I'm down in hell the Devil and me

Amazing how the choices we make can come back to haunt us, I think you've brought that point across well in this storyline. I think you need some type of pause in your final line, perhaps:
I'm down in hell - the Devil and me
The flow on several of the lines were off especially:
The devil and I made an agreement in hell
Feel free to make any changes you wish and I'll be back for a reread before judging. Thank you for the entry and best wishes in the contest
Ruth
