Waiting for You

I have so much to say to you,
but you just won't listen.
I have so much to show to you,
but you refuse to see.

You know how I feel about you,
don't you try to deny it.
And yet still, why do you,
continue to hurt me?

Should I just end this?
But I can't bear to lose you,
even though I know it's best,
for both of us to do so.

My heart tells me otherwise,
it's not listening to logic.
I just can't bear it,
and yet I can't escape this.

I should face this problem,
head-on, but I can't.
Until my heart sees the way,
that it's suppose to be.

Should I follow my logic,
or the voice in my heart?
Should I just flip a coin,
and see the end result?

Are you just using me,
to get to my friends?
Or do you actually want me,
for who I really am?

Do you just have a hard time,
showing your true feelings?
Why can't you just open up,
it would all be easier then.

I feel like you're excluding me,
from you, and your life.
Are you that ashamed of me,
or are you scared of all this?

I guess I won't know now,
but I hope you'll tell me soon.
But right here, at the moment,
I'll just be waiting for you.
