I'm tapping my fingers to the rhythm of the upstairs tenant's beat
losing my muse to muffled moans and not-so-secret discretion
and the sound on the street is backdrop to inspiration's seed.

That does happen in these small places where we are in each other pockets or somewhere else too... I don't need to clarify for you after getting this realistic write.
