I could fast and eat bread without leaven, and pray for centuries and still not have
found you.
I could have spent my whole life just searching, and still never find,
a love that so deeply touches my heart, my soul, and my mind.
I could have searched the deepest seas or explored the sky above.
I could have found many priceless treasures but still not found your love.
For your beauty is rarer than diamonds, your smile worth far more than gold.
Your love is a richer treasure than all the banks in the world could hold.
But just when I wasn't searching what do you think I find?
A beautiful angel came to save me from a world that can be so unkind.
With beauty that is so uncommon that it had to be sent from heaven above.
You offered me unconditional kindness, friendship and your love.
So what is a simple mortal man like me to say?
But thank you baby for loving my way!
