These are my feet, way down on the ground
These are my legs, they move me around
This is my rear, it belongs in my seat
This is my tummy, it holds what I eat
These are my arms, they can hug you tight
These are my hands, I use them to write
This is my head, way up in the air
I guess that's it, all that's left is hair!

Includes a sit-down dance:
Feet~heels on ground, lift toes; left, right, left, right
Legs~march up and down, left, right, left, right
Rear~raise partially out of seat, wiggle, sit back down
Tummy~both hands rub tummy in circles
Arms~wrap arms around self and twist body, left, right, left, right
Hands~mime writing
Head~head to left shoulder, right shoulder, left, right
Last line~raise hands in 'I don't know' gesture, then ruffle hair
