Fine then condemn me to hell

just for a glimpse of his divinity.

the embers burning from our love
hotter than any sun.
No matter what it takes

No way will i give him up

Author notes
I wrote this poem for a friend who i've been having problems with. She's developed a huge crush on my boyfriend and has been trying to break us up. This is my way of trying to tell her how much he means to me and that it would hurt if she betrayed our relationship.

i had this exact same attitude right at the beginning of my last relationship...as far as i was concerned, no one could break us up, id stand up for us...and yet, instead of it being a best friend trying to break us up, it was my parents...and it got so bad that i collapsed under the pressure...i couldnt do it. so hard...but i hope you're staying strong =) this is a really good write, meant a lot to me, and the rhyming worked well too =)

aww how sad. i have been lucky enough to not have this problem with my friends and boyfriends and i hope everything works out for you.
