Disbelieving tears well up,
not in the anger of Tsunami's force.
Fear is palpable, loved ones missing
frantically searching through rubble for signs.
Incredulity reigns at the work of this fierce hand,
as eyes scour the rubble of life left in its wake.
Images of lives crushed and defeated,
as so many watery graves are discovered.
Wading through devastation flesh touches floating flesh
as screams of torment thunder through the air.
Day after day hope lives on in hearts,
this testament to the human spirit that those loved ones will be found.
Photos of the missing circulated with faith
as thoughts of wreckage meld into the background.
No matter the devastation, communities rally together,
as each life is precious and beyond any price.

I really enjoyed this one it has good imagery and breathes a splinter of light on mans spirit in an otherwise dark catastrophe of major proportion. Good write thanks for entering and good luck in the contest
