Maybe i'll fall for you one day
maybe i'll make you smile
maybe i'll actually do some good
maybe you'll like my style.
Love is what you said to me
love is what you wanted to hear
love was what i said i needed
love is something i hold dear.
You said you didn't want me to go
you wanted me to stay
you, now say that you'll do anything for me
you want to follow me on my way
Too many times have i thought about what i'd say...
Author notes
This is an acrostic poem, a poem where the first letter spells something (usually the title). I changed it up to where the first WORD in every stanza makes my message. I, personally don't think its my best... but I only had five minutes to write it, so... i tried.
