Round and round,
This world goes,
Full of life, peace... serenity...
Until a child dies,
and all life fades away.
Author notes
A sophomore at my school passed away recently, more particularly March 28, 2008. No longer does the happiness stay with the 10th grade, no longer do the wheels of life turn with vividness; only monotony and misfortune will prevail with this sadness.

My sophomore year, 1974, a classmate died of drowing at Eagle Lake, Young America MN. It changes everything. It did bring great sadness. I liked your piece. It brought me back.
