Spring sunset serenades heaven
With purple chords that deepen
as the furthest clouds kiss night.
Misty streets awash in soft light,
Moment's stillness, crisp breeze;
I walk amongst suburban trees
That whisper with static hush
Of beloved summer's onward rush.

I was walking out of work today, and the sky was a really cool deep purple- so I wrote this.

What a difference a line makes
not sure it did just wanted to say that LOL this was great on its own but it does slow the read down giving as little more emphasis on the line "Misty streets awash in soft light" which is a killer line... well done
