Raw but True

My pleasures

laid the path

not aware “what is good or bad”

I am the centre

around which thoughts revolve

all the activities

around this circle

circumscribed by me

in playing web and tide

“Acton and reaction”

“sufferings and Joys”

Can I let this centre go

Where everything gravitates

Lighten my burdens

Of my own making

Very existence “is this centre”

From which emanates all thought

When centre disappears

Self dies

Merges into infinity

Author notes

Self creates centre

This is such a brilliant poem. I really loved this. You have spoken true words of wisdom and made some very valid points here. "Lighten my burdens of my own making". I really loved these lines. They said so much.
